Or, you can buy a watch. Yes, you read that correctly. Porsche Design store in Dubai Mall has put on sale a limited edition Porsche Design Indicator timepiece that cost AED 990,000 or about $270,000 at the current exchange rates. There will be only 50 units built.
The new Porsche watch has been designed by the car maker in cooperation with the Swiss watchmaker Eterna. It includes a mix of 18-carat rose gold, natural rubber and titanium.
The clasps and body are made of rose gold, with a titanium face and rubber straps that look like Porsche tires. The face includes a stop watch and second timer, and a dial turns from green to red when the watch runs low on power. The watch will get its power from the movement of your wrist.
